Sawsan Owner of the My Café Group

Sawsan has passion and vision and every venture within the My Café Group embodies her luxurious style and extends her generous personality. My Café is her first venture into the world of hospitality, before this Sawsan was a renowned interior designer – which you will experience when you visit us.

Herve Pronzato Executive Chef

Chef Herve runs the My Café kitchens with Gallic attitude, charm and style. His worldwide reputation is gained from experience at award winning restaurants including Joel Robuchon Paris and SpondiAthens. Herve’s style is ever changing giving our guests a culinary experience.

Kostas Chef

Kostas is Chef Herve’s right hand man in the My Café kitchen, his energy and enthusiasm translates to your plate. Kostas joins us from Le Loft restaurant Vienna.

Jolyon Pastry Chef

 

Jolyon has amassed 17 years’ experience working in some of London’s best Michelin starred restaurants. The most notable being his former pastry chef position, of 7 years, at Tom Kerridge’s 2 star Michelin “The Hand and Flowers” restaurant in Marlow. After gaining valuable knowledge and leading the pastry team, responsible for winning the restaurant’s 2nd star, Jolyon decided to move to Bahrain to bring a little bit of “star quality” to our shores.
